Grilled Mediterranean Pita Pizzas
3 whole wheat pitas
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup hummus
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely slice
¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Brush one side of the pita with olive oil and flip it over.
Spread each pita with hummus and top with spinach, tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta cheese.
Place each pita on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until they’re heated through.
Serve immediately.

  1. Sorry slightly off topic…I have a question about the peanut butter you used on the 'BREAKFAST iDEAS VIDEO'..I noticed it was super runny,did you do something to this,or is there a certain brand you use,that makes it so runny…As all the ones i have tried are either hard slightly soft.x
