Monday Munchies Fix! Crisis averted!

I’m so, so excited about the recipes I have planned to share with you all. We were off to a glitchy start with this Panna Cotta Munchies; you’ll see what I mean; but then shook it back to delicious perfection. Crisis averted! Phewwee!
Now what we have here, Baobeis, is a Greek yogurt Panna Cotta, topped with a thick and fruity homemade Fig Jam, that’s right loves! Two for one; how to make Fig jam is chucked right in there. I finished this up with a generous crunch of salted Pistachios and maple syrup.
The recipe goes like this( if you wanna avoid the fixing part of things, by doing it right the first time); 7g of unflavoured gelatine, which you’ll sprinkle over 4tbsp of cold water, you then bring 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream to a light simmer, stir this for 4 minutes. While you stir add 1/2 a cup of sugar, 2 ml of vanilla extract and a couple flakes of vanilla pods (from a grinder, this is optional). Allow this to cool down before adding the bloomed gelatine and 2 scoops of yogurt. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until it sets. For the jam you’ll need 1/2 cup of fresh fig( I chucked in 2 pieces of dried fig too), sugar and lemon to suit your desired taste.
