Cooking Squid on frypan after it has been marinated.

Marinade:
Place cleaned squid in a bowl with juice of two lemons, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons dried oregano, 3 finely chopped chillies.
Mix ingredients, cover with plastic cling wrap, leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Pan fry after scoring hood horizontally.
Large squid approx 8-10 mins, smaller squid approx 5 mins.

Serving add some pepper, pinch of salt and squeeze lemon juice.

Enjoy.

  1. I wish I can fry some calamari that's self cought, and that fresh, the one we get are pretty good, but store gets them frozen. Plus you got your own organic lemons, the way to go man.
