Ingredients list of what you will need…
For Calamari:
1Lb of squid
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
Black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Frying oil to deep fry squid

Garnish with…
A couple lemon wedges
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 white onion
Lettuce and spice leaves

Tzatziki sauce (you can make this a day ahead so flavours are more vibrant):
Around 1/2 a cucumber (with juice squeezed out)
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 cup greek plain yogurt or any plain yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
4 tbs olive oil
Black pepper to taste
