  1. When i see LOWCARB and GLUTEN FREE i usually walk away, I think i would eat this cake(I like orange,lemon etc flavored cakes), except for the chemical sugar stuff. But Since i have never made a cake in my life…..

  2. I am actually at least in the past was a professional baker. I find this recipe very interesting!!! I can’t say that I have ever worked with fruit in this fashion before. I have worked with poach fruit of course. But not like this. But I will tell you the secret to my carrot cake. I grate the carrots. Then sprinkle them with a very little bit of water. Cover them, then I just pop them in the microwave for about three minutes. Uncover them then so they completely steam out and cool. And then I make sure they’re not wet at all before I pop them into my carrot cake.

  3. When I was little my granny (Yiayia) used to send us a small crate , maybe 2ft square full of oranges , protected by straw , from Cyprus. They were wonderful. This recipe looks amazing . Will try a vegan version without eggs
