Best Greek Chicken Souvlaki. An easy brine (marinade) can bring out the most delicious chicken grill. Instead of the usual marinade, this recipe is about the brine where the chicken breast absorbs the brine and brings out the best flavour. The best is to grill onto a bbq pit but on the grill pan is just as good as that. This is definitely the best grill I ever had. This is a popular dish in Greece.

Greek Chicken Souvlaki
2 Chicken breast
500ml water
A bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon peppercorn
20g sea salt (coarse)
2 clove garlic
3 bay leaves
1/2 Lemon (fresh juice)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Oregano
Olive oil

(Make 10 chicken Souvlaki stick)
