On this episode of “From Simmer To Sizzle” we’re making gyros! I love Greek food, and even though this recipe isn’t exactly traditional, it’s very easy, and anyone can make this at home!
We’re pairing these gyros with “Mamma Mia” Sangria, and it’s definitely, totally, just a coincidence that Mamma Mia is Nikki’s favorite movie!

Gyro recipe: The Dude Diet: Dinnertime, by Serena Wolf
Ingredients:
12 ounce top round steak
1/2 red onion
1 red bell pepper
2 zucchinis
2 cloves garlic
Pita bread

Tzatziki sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated
2 tsp dried dill
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
