  7. HI. We don't use Youghurt. Instead we make soupy chicken. So fry up the chicken with spices to just brown with onions. If you use chicken with skin and bones when you cover the pot it will make a liquid sause add a little water if needed. Once the chicken is cooked uncover until the soup thickens not disappears. Now mix in "rice" and you are done. Keys to making the soup. Soften the onions first before adding spices and chicken pieces with skin on. The onion 's being out the liquids from the fat and meat.
