Feta / Greek salad

This unique salad has simple but winning ingredients. Addition of feta cheese will give this salad a satisfying Greek flavour and also adds the salty notes.

Here comes the recipe

Ingredients
Grape tomatoes cut in halves 1/2 cup
Cucumbers 2
Onions sliced 1/2 cup
Olives 1/4 cup
Lettuce 1 cup
Coriander 3-4 tbsp
Feta cheese 250 g
Boiled chicken peas 1/4 cups

Dressing
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves chopped 2
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp

For garnishing
Parsley 1 tbsp
Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
Ground oregano 1/2 tsp

Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad. In a small bowl prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients. Pour dressing over the salad. Garnish with parsley, cumin and oregano powder
