We make a fresh homemade Greek Salad using the finest ingredients giving us a fabulous result. We also make a homemade Greek Dressing from Scratch.

Salad Ingredients:
1 Head – Iceberg Lettuce
1 Pkg – Grape Tomatoes (Alternatively, you can use any type of tomato)
1 Jar – Pitted Kalamata Olives
4 Slices – Honey Baked Ham (We recommend that you get this from the meat dept…the deli ham does not taste nearly as good)
1 ea – Red Bell Pepper (or any color that you prefer)
1 ea – English Cucumber
1 Jar – Pepperonicini (Banana Peppers)
1 ea – Red Onion (or use a Sweet Onion)
1 pkg – Feta Cheese (We recommend only using Feta from SHEEP’S milk. If the package doesn’t say sheep’s milk, it is made from cow’s milk. Feta from Cows milk is saltier and much sharper tasting. Sheep’s milk Feta has a richer, slightly milder taste that is far superior.)
Sea Salt

Greek Dressing
We do not recommend buying so-called “Greek” Dressing at the supermarket…they have loads of sugar and do not taste authentic at all! A good store-bought substitute is Newman’s Own or Ken’s brand “Classic Oil & Vinegar” dressing. This is much closer to the real thing!

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Dijon (Grey Poupon or equivalent) Mustard
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed is best)
1/8 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Peppercorns (Alternatively you can use Black Pepper)
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Virgin Olive Oil
