Fathead Dough

¾ cup almond flour
1 ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbl cream cheese
1 egg
Spices: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, italian herbs

Microwave cheeses for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds and stir.
Add flour, egg and spices. Mix well. May have to use your hands!

Coleslaw

Dressing ingredients:
2 Tbl sweetener (I use stevia/erythritol blend)
½ cup m ayo
¼ cup heavy cream
1 ½ Tbl apple cider vinegar
2 Tbl lemon juice
¼ tsp celery salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
salt/pepper

Mix together the dressing ingredients. Add a 16 oz bag of coleslaw mix and stir. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Drop Biscuits – Savory version
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 Tbl melted butter
½ cup shredded cheese
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, salt/pepper

Mix and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

  1. Can you just come meal prep for me? 😂 Everything looks great! I definitely want to try making those drop biscuits one day. Also, I made crustless pizza bowls for lunch and chicken salsa verde enchiladas for dinner this week.

  3. You're making me hungry and I just ate 🙂 Also, no real meal prep this week as I am making really easy meals. Just a beef roast, potatoes and carrots in the crock pot and one called "Change your Life Chicken." You can Google the latter recipe and it should come up on a blog.
