Easy Cream Filled Phyllo Cones Recipe – Trigona Panoramatos – Jim Michailidis

Ingredients:

For the syrup:

-830 g water
-660 g sugar
-1 tbsp. lemon juice

For the Cream:

-1 liter milk
-200 g sugar
-80 g cornstarch
-3 egg yolks
-1 tbsp. butter
-1 vanillin

For the Phyllos:

-500 g phyllo sheets)
-250 g melted butter
