1) CHICKEN COLD SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

To make mayo:
1) Milk – 1/4 cup (room temperature and no water added)
2)Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup (room temperature)
3) Garlic cloves – 3no

For filling:
1) Boiled and shredded chicken – 1/2 chicken breast (boiled with ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper)
2) Thick yogurt /Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp
3) Mayo – 4-5 tsp
4) Tahini paste/sauce – nearly 1 tbsp if paste, 2 tsp if sauce
5) Finely chopped capsicum – 1 tbsp
6) salt

2) CHANA CHAAT

Ingredients:

1)Black Chana – 1/2 cup
2) Onion – 1 medium
3) Tomato – 1 small
4) Coriander leaves
5) Mint – very little
6) Chaat masala – 2 tsp
7) Cumin powder -1 tsp
8) lemon juice
9) salt
