A Pinch of Salt
¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt (equals 4 TBSP)
⅓ cup Milk of Choice (or ½ cup if you like it less thick)
Toppings: Walnut or Pecan, Coconut Whipped Cream

Cafe Mocha Chia Pudding:
2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
A Pinch of Salt
¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt (equals 4 TBSP)
⅓ cup Milk of Choice (or ½ cup if you like it less thick)
Toppings: Banana, Chocolate Chips

Matcha Cake Chia Pudding:
2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp Matcha Powder
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
A Pinch of Salt
¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt (equals 4 TBSP)
⅓ cup Milk of Choice (or ½ cup if you like it less thick)
Toppings: Strawberry, Almonds
