  1. Way too much olive oil. It would be just as good with only a couple if tablespoons of EVOO. Don't soak your heart in oil for heaven's sake.

  2. Great healthy recipe but you can replace the heated olive oil by using vegetable broth or a coconut creem curry . Holistic Chef Barry Anderson
