What if I told you that you can have Baklava for breakfast?! Well with this healthier yogurt parfait version you certainly can! Check it out

Ingredients:
1/2 lb phyllo dough thawed
1/2 cup butter melted
1 Tbs sugar
Plain Yogurt
Pistachios
walnuts
cinnamon
honey

Directions:
Cut the phyllo dough into squares and add it to a mixing bowl with the melted butter and spoonful of sugar. Mix everything together and add the phyllo squares to a baking sheet. Bake them for 30 minutes in a preheated oven of 350 F. for 30 minutes, being sure to flip them over half way through.
Once they are ready, assemble the yogurt cups by adding some yogurt to a cup and top it with the chopped nuts, cinnamon and crunchy phyllo squares. Finish it off with a drizzle of honey and Enjoy!
