GYROS Griegos.

INGREDIENTES:
1kl/400GRM CARNE CERDO,(O CORDERO),(O POLLO),CORTADAS BIEN FINAS
1chdita pimiento dulce(paprika)
2chdita romero
2chdita tomillo
1chdita comino molido
1chdita pimienta
1 y 1/2chdita sal
1chdita ajo en polvo
1 y 1/2 chdita perejil
4chdita oregano
1chdita azucar
3chdita mostaza
6hditas aceite oliva
PREPARACION:

MEZCLAR TODOS LOS INGREDIENTES Y AGREGAR A LA CARNE, DEJAR REPOSAR 1 HORA.
EN CACEROLA FORMAR UNA PIRAMIDE (CUADRADA) CON LA CARNE. SOSTENER CON PALITOS COCINA
PRECALENTAR HORNO 180GDOS.
CUBRIR CON PAPEL ALUMINO Y METER AL HORNO POR 45 MINUTOS Y BAJAR A 150GDOS
DESCUBRIR Y DEJAR DORAR POR 25 MINUTOS MAS. CORTAR EN TIRAS Y SERVIR CON PAN PITA Y ZTATIKI(RECETA
QUE YA PREPARAMOS ANTERIORMENTE EN OTRO VIDEO.

GREEK GYROS.

INGREDIENTS:
1kl / 400GRM MEAT PORK, (OR LAMB), (OR CHICKEN), CUT WELL THIN
1 tsp sweet pepper (paprika)
2teaspoon rosemary
2 little thyme
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp pepper
1 and 1 / 2teaspoon salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon parsley
4 teaspoon oregano
1 tsp sugar
3tsp mustard
6tsp olive oil
PREPARATION:

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO THE MEAT, LEAVE TO REST 1 HOUR.
IN THE PAN, FORM A PYRAMID (SQUARE) WITH THE MEAT. HOLD WITH KITCHEN STICKS
PREHEATING OVEN 180GDOS.
COVER WITH ALUMINUM PAPER AND PUT IN THE OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES AND LOWER TO 150GDOS
DISCOVER AND LET IT GATHER FOR 25 MORE MINUTES. CUT INTO STRIPS AND SERVE WITH PITA AND ZTATIKI BREAD (RECIPE
WHICH WE ALREADY PREPARED IN ANOTHER VIDEO.
