  1. Hi Autumn! I have a question. I’m looking to get leaner and burn fat so what’s the best time of day to consume carbohydrates? Earning mornings, around 1:00pm, or dinner (5:00-6:00pm)?

I just found you I want to say the last week of July and started ordering from Whole Foods and following everything thing you say from drinking water as soon as I wake up, Celtic salt water, keto coffee, break fast fat burning smoothie, did a lot of substituting from potato/fries to purple sweet potato, coco wraps for burritos, cauliflower rice when I want so,etching with rice, coco whip with strawberries for my sweet tooth and as of today I lost a healthy 13lbs vs taking diet pills n loosing 20lbs in 2 weeks for an event n just gaining it all back plus extra so this is definitely a lifestyle I love.
