Ingredients – Pohe ke Crispy Vade
Poha (flattened Rice) – 1 cup
Tapioca pearls – 2 table spoon
Potato (medium size) – 2, boiled
Edible Oil – 1 table spoon + to deep fry
Cumin – ½ tsp
Green Chili – 2, finely chopped
Ginger – ½ inch (finely chopped)
Salt – ½ + ¼ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon

सामग्री – पोहे के क्रिस्पी वडे​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
पोहा – १ कप​
साबुदाना – २ चम्मच​
आलू (मध्यम आकार) – २, उबले हुए
खाद्य तेल – १ चम्मच​ + तलने अनुसार​
जीरा – १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च – २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक – १/२ इन्च (कीसा हुआ)
नमक – १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला – १/४ छोटा चम्मच​​
धनिया के पत्ते – २ चम्मच​
