Τα παραπάνω υλικά είναι για τυρί φέτα με Προστατευόμενη ονομασία προέλευσης έχει συγκεκριμένα υλικά και διαδικασία. Από εκεί και πέρα όσοι θέλουν να το προσπαθήσουν με άλλα ήδη γάλακτος θα φτιαχτεί το τυρί άλλα θα ονομάζετε ΛΕΥΚΟ ΤΥΡΙ. Στο λευκό τυρί μπαίνει αγελαδινό κατσικίσιο πρόβειο γάλα ανάλογα ότι βρείτε. Μπορείτε να το κάνετε ακόμα και με γάλα εμπορίου αρκεί να είναι με κανονικά λιπαρά.

  9. Να ρωτήσω. Το τυρογαλο δεν το φτιάχνετε μιζηθρα? Είναι κρίμα από τόσο γάλα να πάει χαμένο. Θα κάνετε πάνω από μισό κιλό μιζηθρα. Τέτοιους καιρούς δεν πρέπει τίποτα να πάει χαμένο!
