Join WWCC Community Education as we take a tasting tour of the Mediterranean. Each class will be a different region, allowing participants to broaden their taste buds while learning to prepare a foreign cuisine.

If traveling taste buds are too much, try good, down-home cooking in our Dutch Oven Cooking course.

Our instructor prepares meals in the Dutch oven and helps participants understand and utilize all the benefits of this mobile oven. Cast-iron cookery is not just for campfires and tall tales; desserts, stews, bread and pizzas are simply a few things from this magical cauldron.
