Recipe Here!: http://pressureluckcooking.com/recipe/instant-pot-tzatziki/

Living in Astoria, Queens means living in a neighborhood with one of the largest Greek populations outside of Greece which also means some of the greatest Greek food in America.

And since I just recently made some INCREDIBLE and EASY HOMEMADE Greek yogurt in the Instant Pot, it seemed only fitting that I’d put it to use and make the most classic Greek dip there is: Tzatziki!

Known for being used as a dip for pita, veggies or slathered over a gyro or souvlaki, Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt-based paradise that is full of wonderful Mediterranean flavor, crunch WHILE REMAINING on the healthier side!

  1. I just love all the videos you've made and I've learned so much. However, if I may "complain" about something, it's the background music while you talk. I find it very intrusive and it really makes listening to the instructions difficult. I wonder if you could just turn down the volume a little bit.

  2. It amazes me that ANYONE would have the chutzpah to criticize someone with35K subscribers. Do they have a channel? Nope! Do they have followers? Nope! Do they have the right to criticize the doers in the world? Nope! Do your thing. Jeffrey. The numbers don’t lie 🤴

  3. Will definitely give this a try. To be clear this is not a traditional tzatziki recipe.
We Greeks shred our cucumbers then put it aside with a pinch of salt to release the liquid. You strain the cucumber to get all the juice out and then put it into the yogurt. Garlic, a bit of white wine vinegar or lemon, touch of olive oil, dill, salt and pepper…no broths or pesto…tzatziki should not be runny either.

  4. Jeff, I drool so hard…then the vid ends and I go into withdrawal!! I love your channel!!♡ Please tell me where to order your garlic press and tell me how you sharpen your knives. Thank you in advance and hugs from Florida!😎
