  1. I just love all the videos you've made and I've learned so much. However, if I may "complain" about something, it's the background music while you talk. I find it very intrusive and it really makes listening to the instructions difficult. I wonder if you could just turn down the volume a little bit.

  3. Will definitely give this a try. To be clear this is not a traditional tzatziki recipe.
    We Greeks shred our cucumbers then put it aside with a pinch of salt to release the liquid. You strain the cucumber to get all the juice out and then put it into the yogurt. Garlic, a bit of white wine vinegar or lemon, touch of olive oil, dill, salt and pepper…no broths or pesto…tzatziki should not be runny either.
