Village sausages with potatoes in a terracotta pot are a very simple and inexpensive to prepare dish that will enthuse your family and guests at the dinner table. Cooked slowly in the oven with the result that the potatoes absorb all the juices and steal the show! This was a live video so you’ll have to bear with me for some blurry and shaky images and movement, but I was repeatedly asked for the recipe so I couldn’t resist posting it! Not suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients:
500 gr. Village Sausages
1 kg. Potatoes
1 Garlic clove
2 tbsp. Mustard
1 Lemon juice
Oregano
Salt, pepper
Olive Oil
