Ingredients:
I use about 7 russet potatoes washed & scrubbed (you can peel them if you like…I’m lazy )
2 medium onions peeled & sliced
3 gloves or garlic (grated or finely minced)
The zest of 2 lemons and the juice
1/2 cup of Vegetable Stock ( you can also use chicken or beef stock)
about 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of dried parsley
1 Tablespoon of dried Basil
Salt & Pepper
Paprika

cook in a 350 degree oven

  1. Hi I have to say that I love this recipe, i just put it all together and now its in the oven for 35 min at 350. I can't wait to start smelling them as they bake. I used rosemary in it as well instead of basil. I will let you know how it turns out…

    You should also say that cooking while in a good mood will make food taste better
    I made these potatoes while feeling sick and emotionally drained and they didn't come out as delicious
