A delicious chicken dinner done in under 30 minutes in one pan

Here’s a link where you can purchase the pan I used in this video:

6 chicken breast about 1/2 inch thick
salt and pepper
4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 cup of chicken stock
3 TBS of fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves of minced garlic
4 TBS of butter
1/4 cup of heavy cream

salt and pepper the chicken and cook about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, on medium high heat.
while chicken is cooking, in a bowl, add chicken stock, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and garlic.
Once the chicken is cooked transfer to a plate and add small chopped onion to pan and sauté for 1 minute. Then add the broth mixture and cook for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes add the butter and make sure it’s melted then add the heavy cream and mix. Now add the cooked chicken to sauce and you’re done. Garnish with fresh parsley and Enjoy!

  1. I just made this and it's hands-down the best lemon chicken ever! I'm not proud of this, but I literally licked the plate. :/ This sauce is amazing! My only regret is that I didn't have crusty bread on hand for dunking and lapping up all that amazing sauce! I sauteed some asparagus and added the extra sauce to it and will be enjoying it for the next few days at work. Incredible. Subscribing to your channel now!

  2. Hi Diana! I tried this recipe and it came out amazing! I changed a few ingredients because I didn't have some of your ingredients, which were the red pepper flakes to aji cachucha peppers ( I have my own plant of aji cachucha so I always have some) and the parsley at the end with cilantro. Everything still came out really good and my husband loves it! Thank you so much!

  3. I always watch your videos but this recipe is the first time actually cooking from your recipes. It was so amazing. My bf kept saying how awesome it was. Thank you! 🙂
